Skye comes to Tirriki from Sonja and Colin Firby of Patterdale Kennels in New Zealand.  She is co-owned by Peter, Robyn and Bianca but will reside with Peter, Robyn and Shirley.  Skye will be prepared and handled by Bianca.
 
Skye’s pedigree combines bloodlines from around the world (Finland, UK, Australia and New Zealand). Her stunning sire, CH. Guilcroft Red Ochre (Imp Aus), was #1 BT in New Zealand 2006, 2007 & 2008 and has long been a favourite.   We jumped at the opportunity to have Skye join the family.
 
Skye’s dam, NZ Ch Patterdale Spirit of Tweed is so very much a Shirl look alike. We can only anticipate the fun that lies ahead with Max and Skye, especially if Skye inherits her Mum’s indiscriminate friendships, as does Max! Shirl is ready to teach her the retrieving thing and Peter is looking forward to matching rocking chair arm ornaments.
